侵权行为法基础

　　本书是关于侵权行为法的一本论文集，编者搜集了美国自20世纪60年代到90年代初的侵权行为法论文。书中选编的论文涵盖了侵权法领域内众多理论要点，所选论文均为初窥侵权行为法门径者易于掌握的理论文章。通过本书的阅读，可以让我们窥视美国近30年的侵权行为法理论以及理论的变迁，而且，传统侵权行为法的巨变，应该也就是发生在这30年。本书的编辑思路在于，展现侵权行为法的理论魅力，解释交叉学科研究对侵权行为法的影响。侵权行为法的思辨理论构成了侵权行为法的“基础”和“根基”，这也正是作者称这部编辑作品为《侵权行为法基础》的原因所在。

　　索尔·莱夫莫尔（SaulLevmore）分别于1978年和1980年获耶鲁大学经济学博士学位和法学博士学位，自2001年起担任哥伦比亚大学法学院院长，主要讲授侵权行为法、公共选择、商法以及合同法等。
