作者简介 中国风景园林学会（ChineseSociety of Landscape Architecture，缩写是CHSLA），是由中国风景园林工作者自愿组成，经国家民政部正式登记注册的学术性、科普性、非盈利性的全国性法人社会团体，是中国科学技术协会和国际风景园林师联合会（IFLA）成员，挂靠单位是国家住房和城乡建设部。1989年11月在杭州正式成立，办事机构设在北京，现任理事长为陈重同志。本学会有16个分支机构；设有《中国园林》杂志社和北京中国风景园林规划设计研究中心两个经济实体；主办《中国园林》等刊物。

精彩内容 本论文集为配合第十七届中日韩风景园林学术研讨会而出版，全版英文，以目前风景园林行业关注的焦点为主题，通过中国风景园林学会、日本造园学会、韩国造景学会三个行业学会向中日韩三国风景园林行业学者征集稿件，经过三国专家评审，筛选出有价值的文章进行出版。主题为：“Culture and Natural Heritage：Irreplaceable Sources of Life and Inspiration，因此，征集的论文有3个专题板块：1、融合文化与自然——风景与理想生活（Connecting culture and nature：landscape and ideal life），风景是理想的图景和生活追求。每个民族都有着对自然独特的智慧、知识、情感以及由此产生的理想和追求，并将此带入他们最密切的日常生活与生产实践之中，创造出丰富多样的理想景观，展示了人类对诗意栖居、人地和谐的永恒追求和成就；2、乡村景观与传统智慧（Rural landscape heritage and traditional knowledge），乡村景观具有重要的遗产价值，突出反映了人类社会在特殊的自然条件下对于土地等自然资源的可持续利用以及对于生物多样性管理的传统智慧，蕴含着人类对自然认识的技术、科学及实践知识，以及与此关联的文化知识、传统、习俗、当地社区身份和归属感；3、自然的文化性——景观作为文化栖息地（The cultural meaning of nature：landscapea scultural habitat），景观是社会空间，是文化栖息地。生活在不同地域空间的不同文化族群，有着不同的自然观。他们对自然的信仰、情感和认知的差异，反映在对于自然的改造、创造以及生活和生存智慧实践之中。景观真实地记录了不同文化族群对自然的经验认知、科学认知、文化实践及理想追求的历史轨迹，以及在此过程中积累的集合记忆及身份特征。
