作者简介
黎建飞，法学博士，中国人民大学法学院教授，博士生导师。1990年博士毕业于中国社会科学院。曾在国家劳动部政策法规司任法规处副处长，参与《劳动法》起草。兼任中国人民大学残疾人事业发展研究院副院长，中国劳动保障监察专业委员会副会长，人力资源和社会保障部干部培训师资库专家，中国残疾人联合会暨残疾人事业“十三五”发展纲要编制专家。曾讲学和访学于马赛大学和耶鲁大学。已出版专著与合著数十本，发表中英文论文数百篇。获中国人民大学教学评比一等奖、第三届中国法学很好成果一等奖。
