作者简介：

朱景文，1948年生，中国人民大学法学院教授，法律与全球化研究中心主任，中国人民大学法学院学术委员会主席。兼任中国法理学研究会副会长、中国立法学研究会常务副会长、国际社会哲学与法哲学学会中国分会副会长。1987—1988，美国夏威夷大学法学院访问学者；1996—1997，美国威斯康星大学法学院富布赖特高级访问教授；1999—2000，荷兰莱顿大学欧洲中心高级访问教授（中欧高等教育合作项目）；2003—2008，比利时布鲁塞尔欧洲法学理论研究院客座教授，2012年，日本名古屋大学法学院特任教授；2013年，美国印第安纳大学访问教授。研究方向为法理学、法社会学、比较法学，法律与全球化研究等。出版《比较法社会学的框架和方法》《法社会学》《全球化条件下的法治国家》等著作。
