高然,男,现任职于阿里巴巴达摩院,美国加利福尼亚大学伯克利分校材料科学与工程系博士毕业,2015-2019年,师从美国功能氧化物薄膜专家Lane W.Martin 教授,专攻氧化物外延薄膜的生长、结构调控、以及薄膜性能研究,其研究论文发表于世界材料科学期刊如Nature Materials,Advanced Materials, Nature Communication,Chemistry of Materials 等,发表SCI一区论文20余篇。他多次参与美国材料科学协会与美国物理协会会议并发表演讲。
