《巨人传》原名《高康大和庞大固埃》，共五卷，是法国文艺复兴时期小说家弗朗索瓦·拉伯雷创作的多传本长篇小说，出版于1532年1564年。是一部讽刺小说，讲述两个巨人国王高康大及其儿子庞大固埃的神奇事迹：高康大不同凡响的出生；庞大固埃在巴黎求学时的奇遇；庞大固埃和高康大对婚姻问题的探讨；庞大固埃远渡重洋，寻访智慧源泉——“神瓶”，并*终如愿以偿。该作鞭挞了法国16世纪封建社会，是新兴资产阶级对封建教会统治发出的呐喊，充分体现了人文主义者对人、人性和人的创造力的肯定。在小说中，拉伯雷痛快淋淳地批判了教会的虚伪和残酷，特别痛斥了天主教毒害儿童的经院教育。
作者简介
