作者简介
儒勒·凡尔纳（1828—1905）法国科幻小说家。他很初学法律，1863年出版了他的部小说《气球上的五星期》，获得巨大成功，从此一发不可收。他一生共出版了六十六部长篇小说，其中包括代表作:三部曲《格兰特船长的儿女》、《海底两万里》和《神秘岛》。他的小说可分两大类:一类在未知的世界中漫游，另一类在已知的世界中漫游。他的作品景色壮观、情节惊险、构思巧妙、引人入胜。他被认可为现代科幻小说之父。
