游桂兰，女，华中师范大学外国语学院英语教育硕士，武汉工程大学副教授。专业方向为语言学，研究方向为跨文化交际、汉语国际教育。主持省部级以上科研项目4项：教育部中外语言合作中心2021年度“国际中文教育中文水平等级标准”教学资源建设一般项目，项目批准号：YHJC21YB-022；华中科技大学“科技发展与人文精神”国家哲学社科创新基地985项目——“美国社会信息学的历史与现状研究”，项目编号：985-hust-017；湖北省高教所教育规划课题2005年高中英语与大学英语衔接研究；湖北省高教所教育规划课题2008年多媒体环境下大学英语自主学习能力培养研究。主编教材《中华文化交流教程》（英文版），华中科技大学出版社，2013年12月出版，获武汉工程大学教材三等奖；参编教材《国际学术交流与论文写作》，任副主编，华中师范大学大学出版社，2012年7月出版。
