That's how picky I am about which ones I want to own. This is the only Chinese one I've ever bought and it's all I need. Besides clear concise recipes, The first chapters are all about ingredients and purchased cooking items. Color pictures of all the available sauces and specialty materials make shopping easy. Plenty of variety and is divided into regional menues. I have purchased a number of copies as gifts for my family and friends. Highly recomended by me.
